Our ingredient list isn’t an array of confusing chemicals that only scientists can pronounce correctly. Organic Aloe Vera Extract – Aloe vera has been studied extensively and it’s been shown to provide an exciting variety of skin benefits. It moisturizes dry skin, treats acne and blemishes, improves skin firmness, lessens stretch marks, and soothes skin for less inflammation. Organic Bilberry Extract – You’re going to LOVE this ingredient. Bilberry contains resveratrol and quercetin which are both great anti-aging agents on their own, so let’s look at what they do together.
Bilberry has been used to treat skin disorders such as varicose veins because it improves blood flow. This can help to increase the vitality of skin, but it’s important for another reason. It contains flavonoids which facilitate blood flow in the tiny vessels surrounding the eyes. In fact, during WWII, pilots would eat bilberry jam to improve their night vision. We aren’t sure we can improve your night vision, but we think you’ll be overjoyed with the improvements you’ll see around your eyes.
Organic Sugar Cane & Sugar Maple Extract – Sugar may be bad for your diet, but it’s fantastic for your skin. Sugar contains glycolic acid, an alpha-hydroxy acid that is crucial to healthy skin because of its ability to moisturize and protect your skin from toxins. Sugar also acts as a natural exfoliater, keeps pores clear, helps eliminate blemishes, and restores balance to skin oils.
